Sliders Ingredients:

  • 12 slider rolls (make sure they're vegan. I used Walmart brand rolls)
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 of a medium-sized onion, diced
  • 8-12 oz of a vegan ground meat substitute (I used Impossible Meat)
  • Vegan cheese - provolone (I used Field Roast Chao Creamy Original Slices)
  • Seasonings: Pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, seasoning salt

Dairy-free Garlic Butter Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup of dairy-free butter (not melted)
  • 1/4 tsp of garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1/2 - 3/4 tsp of dried parsley

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  2. Half the slider rolls (pictured above) and add them to a large enough baking dish lined with parchment paper. Set the top of the rolls aside
  3. Cook the diced peppers and onions until tender. Add in the vegan meat substitute and cook fully. Season to taste with seasoning salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder
  4. Next, add four slices of vegan cheese and cook until the cheese has melted.
  5. Melt the dairy-free butter in a small microwave-safe bowl. Add in the garlic butter seasonings and stir to combine
  6. Brush the inside of the slider rolls with the garlic butter and spread with the vegan meat and peppers on top. Next, add a layer of cheese (pictured) followed by the top half of the slider rolls.
  7. Brush the top of the rolls with more garlic butter and bake in the oven (on the bottom rack) for 15 minutes (optional - cover with foil and bake)
  8. Remove them from the oven and let cool. Cut and serve!
  9. Lastly, pat yourself on the back because YOU DIDDD THAT
