Vegan Meatballs

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Vegan Ground “Meat”
  • 1/2 cup of bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup of bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup of plant milk
  • 1 flaxseed egg (1 tbsp flaxseed + 3 tbsps of water)
  • 1/3 cup of dairy-free parmesan
  • 2 tbsps of parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp of black pepper
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 390 degrees
  2. In a bowl combine all of the ingredients and mix with your hands. Form the meatballs.
  3. Spray a baking sheet with oil and place the meatballs on the sheet
  4. Bake for 20-30 minutes until brown
