Vegan Meatballs
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Vegan Ground “Meat”
- 1/2 cup of bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup of bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup of plant milk
- 1 flaxseed egg (1 tbsp flaxseed + 3 tbsps of water)
- 1/3 cup of dairy-free parmesan
- 2 tbsps of parsley
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp of black pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp onion powder
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 390 degrees
- In a bowl combine all of the ingredients and mix with your hands. Form the meatballs.
- Spray a baking sheet with oil and place the meatballs on the sheet
- Bake for 20-30 minutes until brown
