Garlic Butter Mushroom Pasta
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups of sliced mushrooms
- 2 cups of cooked pasta
- 1 1/2 - 2 cups of fresh green vegetables (I used broccoli)
- 3 tbsps of dairy-free butter
- 1/4 cup of dairy-free parmesan
- 2 tbsps of minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp of dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp of dried oregano
- 1/2 - 1 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tbsps of garlic and onion herbed spice blend (I found mine at TJ Maxx of you can purchase it from Amazon here)
Instructions:
- Cook the pasta according to the package directions. While the pasta cooks, move on to Step two
- In a large, non-stick skillet or pot, melt the butter over medium heat
- Next, add in the minced garlic,fresh green vegetables, mushrooms, seasonings, and herbs. Cook for 5 minutes
- Once the pasta has finished cooking, drain it and add it to the garlic butter mushrooms and veggies. Sprinkle in the parmesan and combine.
- Lastly, pat yourself on the back because YOU DID THATTT!
