Blueberry Lavender Breakfast Parfait
Ingredients:
- 5 oz dairy-free blueberry and lavender yogurt
- 1/2 cup or granila
- 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries
- 1 tbsp plant milk
- 3 tsps of chia seeds
- 2 tsp of sweetener (I used maple syrup)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine the yogurt, chia seeds, and plant milk. Refrigerat for 5 minutes
- Remove yogurt from the refrigerator and top with fresh blueberries, granola and drizzle with a sweetener
- Lastly, pat yourself on the back because YOU DID THATTT!
