Blueberry Lavender Breakfast Parfait

Ingredients:

  • 5 oz dairy-free blueberry and lavender yogurt
  • 1/2 cup or granila
  • 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries
  • 1 tbsp plant milk
  • 3 tsps of chia seeds
  • 2 tsp of sweetener (I used maple syrup)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the yogurt, chia seeds, and plant milk. Refrigerat for 5 minutes
  2. Remove yogurt from the refrigerator and top with fresh blueberries, granola and drizzle with a sweetener
  3. Lastly, pat yourself on the back because YOU DID THATTT!
