Ooey Gooey Peanut Butter, Chocolate, & Banana Oatmeal
This recipe makes one serving. Double or triple the ingredients for more servings.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 3/4 cup of rolled oats
- 1 tbsp of brown sugar or a brown sugar substitute
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
- A pinch of salt
- Toppings: Sliced bananas, chocolate chips, peanut butter (or another nut butter)
Instructions:
- Add the almond milk, rolled oats, brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt to a sauce-pan over low-medium heat. Stir until all ingredients are mixed well and let simmer over low heat for 5-7 minutes. Stir occasionally
- Once the oatmeal has reached your desired consistency, immediately transfer it to a bowl. Top with sliced bananas, chocolate chips, and peanut butter (or another nut butter)
