Ooey Gooey Peanut Butter, Chocolate, & Banana Oatmeal

This recipe makes one serving. Double or triple the ingredients for more servings.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 3/4 cup of rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp of brown sugar or a brown sugar substitute
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
  • A pinch of salt
  • Toppings: Sliced bananas, chocolate chips, peanut butter (or another nut butter)

Instructions:

  1. Add the almond milk, rolled oats, brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt to a sauce-pan over low-medium heat. Stir until all ingredients are mixed well and let simmer over low heat for 5-7 minutes. Stir occasionally
  2. Once the oatmeal has reached your desired consistency, immediately transfer it to a bowl. Top with sliced bananas, chocolate chips, and peanut butter (or another nut butter)
