Creamy Cashew Sauce with Truffle Hot Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of soaked raw cashews
  • 1/2 cup of no-chicken broth (or whatever broth you have on hand)
  • 1/2 tbsp of minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 3/4 tbsp of olive oil
  • Optional add-ons: Truffle hot sauce, olive oil, herb seasonings

Instructions:

  1. Soak cashews for 8 hours or overnight
  2. Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy
  3. Use as a pasta sauce, toast spread, in a buddha bowl, or dipping sauce
  4. Optional: Add truffle hot sauce, olive oil, and herbs
