Creamy Cashew Sauce with Truffle Hot Sauce

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of soaked raw cashews
- 1/2 cup of no-chicken broth (or whatever broth you have on hand)
- 1/2 tbsp of minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 3/4 tbsp of olive oil
- Optional add-ons: Truffle hot sauce, olive oil, herb seasonings
Instructions:
- Soak cashews for 8 hours or overnight
- Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy
- Use as a pasta sauce, toast spread, in a buddha bowl, or dipping sauce
- Optional: Add truffle hot sauce, olive oil, and herbs
