Vegan Jerk Meatballs ingredients:

  • 12 oz vegan meat
  • 1/2 red onion diced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsps of a mild jerk paste (plus more if you want the meatballs extra spicy)
  • 2 tsp of parsley (dried or fresh)
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions:

  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add all of the ingredients except for the olive oil. Mix well and form into into 10-12 balls
  2. In an oiled skillet over low-medium heat, add the meatballs and cook for 7-10 minutes, flipping occassionally to ensure each meatball is cooked all the way around. If baking, preheat the oven to 400 degrees and bake for 25-30 minutes
  3. Serve with your favorite sides, or my cabbage recipe. Enjoy!
