Vegan Spicy Caesar Dressing
If you like a little bit of spice in your life, this dressing is for you! It is so delicious and can be used in a variety of ways from on a salad, sandwich, wrap, a dip, spicy chickpea tuna, you name it.
Here’s everything you will need to make this dressing:
Vegan mayo - my go-to brands are Hellman’s or Veganaise
Dijon mustard
Lemon Juice
Vegan Worcestershire sauce - Annie’s or Simple Truth are both good brands to use
Capers
Vegan grated parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast
Chopped Calabrian chili
Minced garlic or garlic powder
Salt
Black Pepper
Water
This dressing will last in the fridge for roughly a week but because its so delicious, I’m sure you will use it before then :)

Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup of vegan mayo
- 1/2 tsp of dijon mustard
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 tsp of vegan Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp of capers, roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup of vegan grated parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast
- 1 - 1 1/2 tbsp of Calabrian chilis (adjust according to the desired level of spice)
- 1 tbsp of minced garlic and/or 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 2 tbsp of water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine the vegan mayo, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, chopped capers, vegan grated Parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast, Calabrian chilis, minced garlic or garlic powder, water, salt, and pepper. Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
- Refrigerate the dressing for at least 20 minutes before using it to allow the flavors to meld together.
- After refrigeration, taste the dressing and adjust the seasoning if needed.
- Store the dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
- Serve on a salad, a wrap, as a dipping sauce, or a marinade
