Vegan BBQ Pulled "Pork" Sliders

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of vegan BBQ pulled "pork"
  • Chipotle raspberry pepper spread (I purchased mine from Wholefoods)
  • Dairy-free coleslaw (For a lighter coleslaw, I used 1 1/2 cup of coleslaw mix, 3 tbsp of dairy free mayo, 1 tsp white sugar, and 2 pinches of salt)
  • 5 mini pretzel bun sliders (I purchased mine from Wholefoods)
  • Sliced pickles
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Cook vegan pulled "pork" according to package directions. Add salt and pepper
  3. If making your own coleslaw, prepare by mixing coleslaw ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for 15 minutes
  4. Slice pretzel buns in half and bake for 10 minutes or until toasted
  5. After pretzel buns are finished, begin to assemble the sliders by adding the pepper spread to each piece of bread, followed by the vegan pulled "pork", slaw, and sliced pickles.
