Chocolate and Trail Mix Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 of a bag of dairy free chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp of plant based milk
  • 3/4 cup of trail mix

Instructions:

  1. Fill a medium sized pot with 1 inch of water
  2. Place a slightly larger glass bowl on top of pot and bring pot to a simmer
  3. Melt chocolate and almond milk in the glass bowl, stirring often until chocolate chips are fully melted
  4. Once chocolate has melted, use a spoon or ice cream scooper to place chocolate in the shape of a circle on parchment paper
  5. Take a few pieces of the trail mix and add on top of chocolate circle
  6. Let sit in freezer or refrigerator overnight
