Chocolate and Trail Mix Bites
Ingredients:
- 1/2 of a bag of dairy free chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp of plant based milk
- 3/4 cup of trail mix
Instructions:
- Fill a medium sized pot with 1 inch of water
- Place a slightly larger glass bowl on top of pot and bring pot to a simmer
- Melt chocolate and almond milk in the glass bowl, stirring often until chocolate chips are fully melted
- Once chocolate has melted, use a spoon or ice cream scooper to place chocolate in the shape of a circle on parchment paper
- Take a few pieces of the trail mix and add on top of chocolate circle
- Let sit in freezer or refrigerator overnight
