SLUTTY VEGAN

Slutty Vegan - I am most certain you’ve heard about this vegan fast food restaurant and food truck. The lines are about 2 hours long and there is a reason for that, the burgers are AMAZING!

LEGAL SEAFOOD

Who would have known that a seafood restaurant would have vegan options? Not me! But Legal Seafood proved me wrong. I’ve gone twice and both times I ordered the rice bowl with tofu. It comes with brown rice, kimchi, shiitake, seaweed salad, spinach, gochujang sauce and sesame vinaigrette.

UPBEET

Upbeet is a salad, juice bar and smoothie restaurant with many vegan options. Upbeet is where I had my first share of bamboo rice that I believe changed my life. Its one of the many salad restaurants you’ll find in Atlanta but it does not disappoint. The bowl I customized was so good, I tried to recreate it at home.

Henry’s Tavern

When I don’t see that there is a vegan meal on the menu, I tend to piece together side items. I am glad Henry Midtown was accommodating and willing to make adjustments for me. I ordered toast, sauteed kale and Brussels sprouts with house potatoes
